Dear parents,
Assalam Alaikum. We are looking forward to have you in our classrooms for Back-to School nights next week. Please note the following:
- PK-3 (Wednesday 9/11, Schedule)
- Grades Pk, K and 1st from 6:00 to 7:00pm
- Grades 2nd and 3rd from 7:00 to 8:00pm
- This event is only for parents. Classrooms are not big enough for the whole family.
- We will provide supervision for our students in the playground between 6:00 and 8:00pm.
- Grades 4-8 (Thursday 9/12, Schedule)
- From 6:00 to 8:00pm
- 10-min sessions by each teacher
- 5A/B will meet in 5A Classroom (Room 12)
- 6A/B will meet in the library
School uniforms are required and students are expected to be in uniform every day. Please ensure your child is wearing the proper uniform (Uniform Requirements), note the V-neck jumper for K-4 girls.
After school clubs are scheduled to start on October 1st. Club registration is open from now until next Friday 9/13.
We would like to invite Granada parents for a meeting to plan for a parent forum (PTSO) and to coordinate for volunteer activities. The meeting is scheduled on Friday, September 20 at 2:00pm in the school library.
Every month we publish a school newsletter and mail a copy to our families. A copy is also posted on the school's website. If you would like to opt-out of receiving a hard copy of the newsletter, please send an email to the Office Specialist, Sr. Humera Haq.
