MCA Next Door Building Kickoff Event

As you are aware Granada is a service institution of MCA, who is currently in the process of purchasing the building next door (3033 Scott Blvd). This is a perfect location to expand MCA and GIS. This expansion will include GIS classrooms, more outdoor space and most importantly an indoor gym. This expansion will also help us plan for a high school in the future, insha Allah. Expanding GIS in such a close proximity also means that we can expand our student body with minimum cost to overhead. To know more about this project, please come tonight to MCA to attend the Next Door Building Kickoff Event in the Khadijah Banquet Hall at 6:30pm. Free dinner and free babysitting will be provided.

First Trimester Awards

Congratulations to grades 6-8 students who won awards for the first trimester. Please check their names: Academic Awards (Honor Roll and Subject Awards),and Citizenship and Attendance Awards. The award ceremony will take place on Tuesday, December 18 at 9:30am in the Men's area of the masjid.

Did you order a Granada Golden Eagle t-shirt for your child or not yet? To receive a shirt in January, place your order by Wednesday 12/19.

Mini Sports Days Next Week

We are planning sports activities for our students next week, weather permitting. More details in this Parent Letter by Director of Student Activities, Fadwa Musleh.
